2. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Altrisiti and to every agreement made between Altrisiti and you as a customer. Before an agreement is concluded, the text of these Terms and Conditions is made available to you. By placing an order through the Site, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Offer
All offers on the Site are made without obligation and Altrisiti reserves the right to change or withdraw an offer. Descriptions and images are as accurate as we can make them, but because our products are secondhand, each item is unique and may show natural signs of previous wear. Any such wear is described or shown in the product photos. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Altrisiti.
4. The Agreement
An agreement is concluded once you accept an offer and Altrisiti confirms receipt of your order. Altrisiti may refuse an order or attach conditions to it, for example if an item turns out to no longer be available, since each secondhand piece exists in a single quantity.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. During this period, you may handle and inspect the item as you would in a shop, but you should not use it. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@altrisiti.com. You must return the item within 14 days of informing us of your decision to withdraw.
6. Costs in Case of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless we have indicated otherwise in a specific case. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and condition, you may be liable for any resulting loss in value, taking into account that the item was already secondhand at the time of purchase.
7. Price
The prices shown on the Site are in euros and include applicable taxes. Prices are valid at the time they are shown on the Site. Altrisiti is not obliged to honor a price that is the result of an obvious printing or typing error.
8. Delivery and Shipping
We currently ship within the Netherlands only. Orders are shipped from either Germany or France, depending on where the item is located. We offer two shipping options:
Free standard shipping, with delivery typically within 4 to 5 business days.
Insured express shipping at a cost of 4.95 euro, with delivery typically within 2 to 3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates. If a delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be delivered or can only be partly delivered, you will be informed as soon as possible.
9. Conformity
Altrisiti guarantees that the items delivered meet the description provided in the offer, taking into account that the items are secondhand and may show reasonable signs of prior use as described.
10. Payment
Payment must be completed in full at the time of ordering, through one of the payment methods offered on the Site at checkout.
11. Complaints
If you have a complaint about an item or your order, please contact us at support@altrisiti.com with a description of the issue. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and to work with you toward a fair solution.
12. Disputes
Agreements between you and Altrisiti to which these Terms and Conditions apply are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent Dutch court, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
13. Changes to These Terms
Altrisiti may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
