Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with the piece you chose. Here is how returns and refunds work at Altrisiti.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. During this period, you may handle and inspect the item as you would in a shop, but please do not wear it or remove any tags we have attached.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@altrisiti.com within 14 days of receiving your order, letting us know which item you would like to return. We will confirm the return and let you know how to send the item back to us. You then have 14 days from informing us to send the item back.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Since our items are secondhand, we ask that you return the piece in the same condition you received it, with any original tags or labels still attached where possible. If an item is returned used beyond what is reasonably needed to check it, we may deduct an amount from your refund that reflects the loss in value.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless we tell you otherwise for a specific order, the cost of returning an item is your responsibility.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are usually issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

6. Items Received Damaged or Incorrect

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us at support@altrisiti.com as soon as possible with a photo of the item. We will arrange a solution, which may include a replacement if available, a refund, or another resolution that works for you. Since many of our pieces are one of a kind, a replacement may not always be possible, in which case we will offer a full refund.
