This page explains how we ship your order once you have purchased something from Altrisiti.

 

1. Where We Ship

 

We currently ship within the Netherlands only.

 

2. Where Your Order Ships From

 

Because our items are secondhand and sourced individually, your order is shipped from either Germany or France, depending on where the specific piece is located at the time of your purchase.

 

3. Shipping Options

 

We offer two shipping options at checkout.

 

Free standard shipping: delivery typically takes 4 to 5 business days.

Insured express shipping: delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days, at a cost of 4.95 euro.

 

4. Order Processing

 

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we prepare your item for shipment. Since each piece is one of a kind, we check and pack it carefully before it leaves us. Processing usually happens within a day or two, after which the delivery times above begin to apply.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.

 

6. Delays

 

Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control, such as customs processing or courier disruptions. If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will let you know.
